Petite Minx is a line of one-of-a-kind and limited edition handmade jewelry by me, Monica Crowe. I live in north Louisiana where I work from my cozy cottage home that I share with my gracious husband, Trey, and two amusingly comedic little dogs.
Jewelry making became my obsession in 2005 when I wanted unique and personal accessories to wear on my wedding day. I made gobs and gobs of jewelry at my kitchen table, and, to my utter delight, it was a huge hit at work.
These days I can be found creating Petite Minx treasures in my home office and counting down the days until I move shop into my jewel box back-yard studio complete with a colorful hanging chandelier.
You may also find me working via the couch a la laptop watching the Bravo and Style channels. Otherwise, I’ll be in the kitchen whipping up vegan meals and deserts, blogging about my latest Internet finds or hanging out at the bookstore or library.
I love traveling, eating ethnic cuisine, dabbling in learning languages, vintage and antique treasures, snapping photos, Polaroid, art, beauty, the written word, dance, sunny spring days and crisp autumn mornings, laughter and friends.
